Daily maintenance
1. Grease injection of bucket pin
Add grease to the grease gun n ozzle shown in
the arrow. After filling grease, please operate the
bucket several times, and then grease again.
2. Grease injection of swinging fulcrum pin
3. Grease injection of movable arm root pin
5. Grease injection of working unit section
Grease the nozzle of the grease gun as shown
in the arrow.
(1) Bucket pole root pin........................ 1 place
(2) Bucket rod cylinder boss................. 2 place
(3) Bucket cylinder boss....................... 1 place
(4) Swing cylinder boss........................ 2 place
(5) Bulldozing cylinder boss................. 2 place
(6) Shoveling root pin........................... 2 pl ace
IMPORTANT
When digging in water, grease should be
added before starting the operation a nd
immediately after the end of the operation.
Please grease the car after high pressure
washing.
If the pin makes a sound during operation,
please add grease.
Grease should be added before and after
each operation during heavy excavation and
dee
excavation.
