Accumulator
The pilot control system is equipped with an accumulator to reserve pressure. In case of shutdown of the
engine, the accumulated energy can allow the hydraulic system to work for a short time so as to lower the
working mechanism and shovel on the ground by using the joystick.
The method of lowering the working device to the ground after the engine is cut off by
using the accumulator function:
After the engine stops, if the working device does not come down to the ground, operate the control handle to
release the pressure in the accumulator, and then the working device will come down to the ground slowly.
Warning
If the accumulator reserves pressure, it can lower the lifted mechanism to the ground.
Warning
Follow the s ection “Storage” in the ma nual. Do not disconnect the pilo t pipes before the pressure in the
accumulator is released.
Never use a excavator for hoisting
Warning
Excavators do not meet the safety requirements for lifting operations, so it is forbidden to use excavators for
lifting operations.
