Engine starting
Be sure to sit in the driver's s eat and make sure all
operating handles and pedals are in the middle position
before starting the engine.
If you are careless, the engine will move at the same time
you start the engine, making it impossible to drive
properly, which is dangerous.
Engine exhaust contains harmful carbon monoxide, the
risk of poisoning. Therefore, please do not drive the
machine in the room where the exhaust is easy to gather
or in the place with poor ventilation.
1. Please start in the following order:
1) Please make sure that all handles and pedals are
in the middle position before operating the
starting switch. Please place the handle lock
lever i n the "lock" position. If the operating
handle lock lever is in the "release" position,
the engine will not start.
2) Insert the starting key into the starting switch.
3) Pull the throttle handle back to the bottom.
4) Put the starting key in the position of "HEAT",
the prehea t indicator light is on, release the key
switch when preheating is completed, and the
preheat indicator is off.
5) Turn the starting key to "START" position.
6) Please release the key after the engine starts.
The key will automatically return to the "ON"
position.
IMPORTANT
In the engine running, please put the
starting key in the "START" position.
Otherwise, the starter motor will fail.
Since the starting motor co nsumes large
current, please avoid continuous use for
more than 10 seconds. If it cannot be started
within 1 0 seconds, please turn the key t o
the "STOP" position, wait for more than 20
seconds, and then repeat the operation of 4),
5) and 6 ).
If the battery runs o ut and is connected to other b atteries through emergency cables, be sure to use a
12V battery. Never use a 24V battery.
If a metal key chain is attached to the attached key, it will interfere with the signal transmission
between the ke y and the switch, thus causing the engine to fail to start properly.
2. Starting during cold season
1) Pull the throttle handle back to the bottom.
2) Put the starting key in the position of "HEAT", the preheat indicator light is on, release the ke y
switch when preheating is completed, and the preheat indicator is off.
3) Turn the starting key to "START" position.
4) Please release the ke y after the engine starts. The key will automatically return to the "ON" position.
5) If the e ngine is not started, turn the starting key to the "STOP" position and repeat the operation of 2),
3) and 4 ).
