Replacement of bucket
Please fo llow the following procedures for
bucket replacement.
IMPORTANT
Please see th at the removed pin is free from dirt
and sand.
The two ends of the bushing are equipped with
dust seal. Be c areful not to damage the pin
when disassemblin g it.
Remove bucket
1. Make the bucket touch the ground in a flat, level
place.
2. Stop the engine and remove the pressure fro m the
hydraulic system.
3. Remove o-ring from slot and pull out A and B
pins.
Installation of bucket
1. Please place the o ring into the flange of the
bucket.
2. Make the bucket rod aim at hole A, put the
caulking piece in the gap of the bucket rod, and
connect with the pin. Next, align the connecting
rod with hole B and pin it.
3. Please install the locating bolt of the pin.
4. Install O ring into slot.
5. Grease the pin.
Please wear safety helmet, protective glasses
and other protective equipment when changing
bucket.
When working together, the agreed gesture
signals should be used to ensure mutual
communication and full attention to safety.
