Bucket teeth, side teeth replacement
1. Use a punch against the lock pin and hammer out
the lock pin first.
2. Knock the worn bucket teeth with a hammer a nd
take out the bucket teeth from the joint.
3. Remove dirt from joints.
4. Fold the rubber plug i nto the joint.
5. Align the new bucket teeth to the joint and insert
them into the joint.
6. The lock pin is driven when the hole of th e bucket
tooth is aligned with the joint hole. At this point,
should be effectively driven into the lock pin,
until the upper surface of the p in and the joint so
far.
※ It is recommended to replace the rubber plug and
lock pin each time a new bucket tooth is
installed.
Replacement of side teeth
1. Remove side teeth mounting bolt with socket
wrench and wrench.
2. Install new side teeth. And temporarily tighten the
bolt.
3. Tighten the bolt after co nfirming that t he contact
surface of the side t e eth is a ctu all y in contact
with the metal connector of th e bucket.
Tighten bolts with the tightening torque of 215
~ 245.2N·m (22.0 ~ 25.01 KGF ·m). Bolts may
become loose when the side teeth contact
surface is not in contact with the bucket metal
connector or is not tight enough.
Please be sure to use protective glasses and
other protective equipment when operating
