Maintenance during long-term
storage
When not in use for a long time, please use
the following methods:
1. After washing and cleaning all parts, please keep
the machine in a dry room, not o utside. If you
have to put it outside, choose a flat place and
place the machine on the wood, then cover it
with a cloth.
2. Do not forget to add oil, grease and change oil.
3. Please fully apply anti -rust oil to the ex posed part
of piston rod of oil cylinder. Remove the
anti-rust oil o nce a month and start the engine so
that the lubricating oil flows to all parts of the
hydraulic device. The exposed cylinder
connecting rods should then be coated with
anti-rust oil.
4. The battery should be removed from the gro und
wire, or removed from the car for preservation.
5. When the temperature drops below 0 ℃,
antifreeze should be added to the cooling water,
or the water is completely d ischarged.
After long-term placement, please do the
following:
1. Please wipe the grease from the connecting rod of
the cylinder.
2. Start the engine, start the working device and
running device in no-load state, make the
lubricating oil flow everywhere. (If the
placement time exceeds 1 month, please perform
steps 1 and 2 once a month.)
