Use during cold seasons
Low temperature precautions
1. Please replace oil and hydraulic oil with o il of
specified v iscosity.
2. Choose suitable diesel fuel according to the
temperature.
3. At lo w temperature, t he electromotive force of the
battery will decrease. When the charge is
reduced, the electrolyte freezes. Therefore, whe n
stopping the engine after the operation, ensure
that the charging rate is above 75%, and pay
attention to the insulation in case of starting the
next morni ng. When adding distilled water due
to low liquid level, do not add it after the end of
the operation, but before starting the operation
the next morning, to prevent freezing of
electrolyte.
4. Add antifreeze to cooling water. If the
temperature drops below 0 ℃ durin g storage,
antifreeze should be added to the cooling water
and added to the radi ator and sub-tank to p revent
the electrolyte from freezing.
Mixing ratio of water and antifreeze
Supplement
Antifreeze should use permanent brand or long
- acting coolant.
The mixture of water and antifreeze should be
injected after the co oling water is completely
drained and the scale is removed.
Because antifreeze has added a nti-rust agent, so
theuseofantifreezedoesnotneedtoadd
detergent.

Notes after the end of the homework
Please carefully remove d irt and water from th e car
body and place the track on the concrete floor or in a
dry place. Especially when there is muddy water on
the lower running device, if not cleaned, it may
cause the machine to be unable to run after freez ing.
Ifthereisnosuitableparkingspace,pleaselayamat
or place t he machine on a straw mat. If the machine
is left directly on the mud floor, freezing the next
morning will cause th e machine to be unable to run
or damage the running motor. In particular, the
water droplets on the piston rod surface of the
cylinder should be fully wiped clean. Otherwise,
frozen water dro plets and soil will stick into the seal,
resulting in damage t o the seal.
