Engine oil is a pollutant which should be disposed with approved tools. Never discharge petroleum-based
substance to the ground, nor contain it in normal container, nor discharge it into urban sewer system or rural
irrigation system.
Refer to other requirements in provincial and local regulations.
Warning on Tension of Caterpillar Chain
Never remove the grease nozzle cap on the tension springs. Do not remove adjustor, grease nozzle or
valve assembly when you release pressure to adjust the tension of caterpillar chain.
Keep body and face away from valves. See the Operation and Maintenance Manual and Sales Manual for
procedures of adjustment.
Handling and transport
Conformity with Provincial and Local Regulation on Road Transport
Before transportation of the equipment, refer to provincial and local regulations for the limitation on load,
length and width. The transportation should be in conformity with the related requirements in local regulations.
In case of transport limitation or special working condition, it may be necessary to divide the whole equipment
or remove some components. See the section “Disassembly” in the Sales Manual. See the section “Handling
and Transport” in this manual for the information about Loading, unloading and traction.
