Do not Inspect Radiator and Oil Tank until They Cool Down
Shut down the engine and allow it to cool down before you can maintain the radiator and oil tank. Vents
should be provided beside airway control lever and filler’s cap to release air pressure. Gradually loosen the
airway control lever and the cap before you remove the cover.
Leak of Pressure Oil is Dangerous
It may be difficult to find any leak from hydraulic oil hoses and pressure parts. But the pressure oil has
enough strength to penetrate skin to cause injury.
Use a board or card to check for leak of hydraulic oil. Never use hand or finger to check.
If the hydraulic fluid pierces the skin, treat it immediately
Warning
If left untreated, it can lead to decay and other serious injuries.
Use Proper Tools to Replace Fasteners and Tighten to Required Torque
See the section “Inspection，Maintenance and Adjustment” in the Sales Manual for required moment for
tightening. It is recommended to use proper tools and gradually tighten fasteners.
Use of unqualified or improper fastener ma
damage the working parts.
Proper Disposal of Petroleum-Based Liquid
Direct contact with engine oil is harmful to huma
health. Immediately remove engine oil and remainde
from hands.
