Track adjustment
When tightening the rubber track
1. Insert the grease gun into the n ozzle of the grease
gun and fill it with grease.
2. As for the tensioning degree of the track, please
adjust th e size (A) (the gap between the outer
end of the central supporting wheel and the
upper surface of the track piece) to 10 ~ 15mm
when the track is suspended as shown in the
figure. (Rubber track joints are located in the
upper center)
After the adjustment is completed, p lease turn
the track 1 or 2 times to confirm the tension
degree of the track piece of the iron track b y
tightening the B of the track. 1. In sert the
grease gun into the nozzle of the grease gun and
fill it with grease.
When the rubber tracks are relaxed
1. Insert the socket wrench into the root of the grease
cylinder nozzle, slowly turn 3 ~ 4 turns, unscrew
the nozzle.
2. If grease runs out of the th read, idling the track
while it is suspended and furth er loosening the
nozzle.
After adjustment
3. Tighten the hexagon part of the nozzle with a
socket wrench.
※ The tightening torque is about 98 ~ 108N·m
(10
~
11kgf·m).
IMPORTANT
If the drooping amount of the track is 25mm,
Because the oil cylinder is high pressure,
therefore, if too much or too fast t o loosen the
oil cylinder nozzle, will cause the nozzle to fly
out, or lead to the oil cylinder high-pressure oil
jet, resulting in danger, so do not face near the
nozzle, and make the body to avoid the nozzle
front, slowly loosen th e nozzle. If you are
careless...
Stone stuck in the spro cket wheel and so on,
please remove it before the operation.
