Check and confirm after starting
1. Warm-up operation
After starting, please warm up without load to make t he idle running reach a steady state (about 5
minutes).
If the operating o il temperature is low, the o perating handle of the operating device will become less
responsive, so be sure to warm up the machine.
Operating handle may feel slightl y heavy during low operating oil temperature, which does not
affect the operation of the machin e.
2. Inspection of all parts
After the engine warms up, please confirm the following:
Is the oil light off?
Is the battery ch arging indicator off?
Is the exhaust gas color normal?
Is there abnormal sound or vibration?
Are there leaks of oil, fuel and water?
3. Turn off the engine immediately if:
A sharp fall or ris e in speed.
A sudden abnormal sound.
The exhaust gas c olor is getting worse.
During operation, the oil indicator lights up.
IMPORTANT
After the engine is shut down, please follow the "bac khoe problems and treatment measures".
If there is any ambiguity, please consult the dealer or the repair factory designated b y our company.
4. Precautions for overheating
Note:
* If the radiator c over is opened in the process of
operation or just after the operation stops, so metimes
steam or hot water will erupt and burn. Therefore,
please open the radiator cover after the radiator
cools down.
Sirens will sound when the co oling water t e mperature approaches or exceeds the boiling p oint, known as
overheating. At this time, please take the following actions:
Stop the operation in a safe location. (engine load removed)
Do not turn off the engine suddenly. The engine should be shut down after about 5 minutes of idle.
Please wait 10 minutes, or stay away from the machine during the steam spurt.
After confirming that there is no risk of burns, please follow the instructions in "backhoe problems
and treatment measures" to r ule out the cause of overheating. Then restart the e n gine.
