Regular replacement of important parts
In order to ensure the safety of driving and operation at all times, please carry out regular maintenance. In
order to further improve the safety, especially for the following important parts related to safety an d fire, the
dealer or the maintenance factory designated by the company should be entrusted to carry out regular
replacement. These parts will change with the passage of time and material, easy to cause wear or aging.
Because it is difficult to judge the use status of the machine through regular maintenance operations, therefore,
after a ce rtain use time, even if there is no abnormality, it should be replaced with a new product, so as to
always maintain the normal work of the machin e. However, if t h ese parts are f ound to be abnormal before the
end of their service life, they sh ould be repaired or replaced as usual. As for the hose, if the hose clip is fo und
to be deformed, cracked and other ag ing phenomena, it shall be replaced with new p roduct together with the
hose clip. In addition, hydraulic hoses other than those parts that require regular replacement should be
inspected as follows. If found abnormal, please reinforce, replace, etc. When repl acing the hydraulic hose,
please also replace the o ring and sealing parts. Plea se entrust the dealer or the repair factory appointed by our
company to replace important parts.
Please also check the fuel hose a nd hydraulic hose when carrying out the following regular
inspection.
