Warning
Do not continuously run the equipment for more than 2km. Use a trailer to move the equipment
for a long way more than 2km. If you have to run the equipment for more than 2km, it is recommended
to alternatively run for 10 minutes and stop for 5 minutes.
Operate i n snow, ice, and very cold climates
In cold weather, avoid sudden walks and very slippery slopes. The equipment may suddenly sideslip.
Snow cover may imply or create potential hazards, be careful to operate or use equipment to remove
snow first.
To avoid slow movement and weak performance of the equipment, it is necessary to preheat the engine.
Shock and impact due to fast and large movement of the boom and mechanism in a cold environment
may generate great strain. Therefore, it is necessary to decrease operating speed and load.
Shutdown
After work, avoid sudden extinguishment or shutdown.
Park the excavator on a solid ground. Keep away from roads, high walls, cliff, water tanks and drains. If
you have to park it on a slope, must chock the caterpillar to prevent movement. Lower the shovel and other
working mechanism to the ground or holder to avoid unintentional movement.
Shut off Control Function
When the machine is in parking position overnight, you must turn off all switches, inactivate the joystick,
lock the safety lever, and lift the console on left side and shut off pilot control function.
All braking and locking devices should be in effect.
IMPORTANT
When you repair or maintain the hydraulic system, you should be aware that pressurized liquid is
present in the accumulator even if the console is lifted. After the machine is shut down, release the
pressure by using the control le ve r until there is no pressure in the pilot circuit.
