To connect a battery, connect the positive terminal at first. To disconnect a battery, disconnect the
negative terminal at first.
Auxiliary wires and charging wires which are connected to the metal frame should be keep away from
the batteries.
Possible Reverse Movement
Check the direction of caterpillar frame before you operate the equipment. Normally, motor for
movement is under the engine and counterweight at the rear of the equipment. But if the cabin rotates for 180
degree, the motor for movement will be under the cabin and in front of the caterpillar frame. At this time, to
push the joystick will move the equipment backward.
When the equipment is running, you should light up the warning lamp and follow all provincial and local
regulations and observe warning signs and traffic lights. The cabin should be above the guide wheel to ensure
the equipment moves toward where you desire. Lights should face to their original directions and flags and
signals should be on their original positions.
Be careful when cleaning the sundries in the narrow place, rotating and reversing the
excavator

area or in a place with limited field of view, a signalman shoul

guide the operation to ensure there is no one in the rotating rang

of the equipment.
Those who are near the caterpillar or working mechanis

may be hurt by the moving parts.
Never straddle on any parts of working mechanism, turntable, cabin roof etc.
Precaution for Movement
Do not operate the joystick for working mechanism when the equipment is running.
Do not change the movement mode (high/low speed) when the equipment is running. High speed /
Low speed
Keep the working mechanism in a stowed position with boom as close as possible to the machine and
200-300mmmm above the ground.
Never walk on an obstacle or slope that may tip over. Go around an obstacle or slope that exceeds 10
degrees.
