5. Before moving the unit to the truck platform,
please stop temporarily in the state shown in the
picture below. Make the bucket touch the truck
platform gently and then proceed slowly. Then,
make the car body in a horizontal state.
6. It can be dangerous to steer on the loading and
unloading board. If the direction must be
adjusted, be sure to get off the loading and
unloading board first, and get on the loading and
unloading board after adjusting the direction.
7. After the machine is advanced to the designated
position on the truck platform, the upper rotating
body is slowly rotated 180 degrees while the
bucket bar is pulled up and the balance of the
truck is noticed.
8. Lower the bucket to the truck platform, stop the
engine, and place the handle lock lever in the
"lock" position.
9. Fix the machine firmly on the truck platform with
wire rope, etc.
Take it off the truck
1. Make the working device face the moving
direction, and move forward to the loading and
unloading board when the bucket bar is vertical or
slightly pulled up from the surface of the truck box.
2. Before driving the machine to the loading and
unloading plate, it should be stopped temporarily, so
that the bucket touches the ground or loading and
unloading plate gently, and then slowly forward, so
as to avoid the center of gravity of the machine
moving too fast.
3. When the machine advances to about half of the
entire track and extends out of the truck platform,
stop the machine and slowly lift the lever, allowing
the machine to move onto the loading and unloading
board.
4. Please proceed with the bucket touching the
ground gently to remove the machine from the
loading and unloading plate. At this time, please take
appropriate protective measures to avoid injury to
the road surface
