implements the enterprise standard Q/370211LWZ 601-2016 "crawler hydraulic excavator",
this model is applicable to the soil below grade 3 and below according to the enterprise
standard, the ambient temperature -15

. If t he operating conditions and environment
of use r are beyond the standard range of requirements (e.g. high land, high & cold and other
regional operations), please contact Lovol Construction Machinery Group Co., Ltd or its
dealers.
2. This is to inform every customer that the excavator has to be repaired by Lovol
Construction Machinery Group Co., Ltd or the company authorized by Lovol Construction
Machinery Group Co., Ltd. When repairing, the original parts manufactured by Lovol
Construction Machinery Group Co., Ltd must be used.
3. We have found that some individuals unauthorized and untrained by Lovol Construction
Machinery Group Co., Ltd are carrying out the maintenance of our excavators. We have
repeatedly received the reports that because the accessories not manufactured by Lovol
Construction Machinery Group Co., Ltd are used, the excavator is seriously damaged and its
performance declines seriously. At the same time, the leftover faults caused by the fact that
the individuals unauthorized and untrained by Lovol Construction Machinery Group Co., Ltd
are carrying out the maintenance of our excavators have s e riously impacted on the
performance and service life of the excavator.
4. In view of above condition, please customers pay attention that:
1) Using non-original accessories has not apparent influence on the equipment possibly at t hat
time. Later, it is sure to give rise up a series of adverse consequences. To avoid damage of
equipment and performance reduction so as to cause more serious loss, do not use
non-original accessories of Lovol Construction Machinery Group Co., Ltd.
2) We sincerely hope when buying the accessories, the users would better buy the accessories
from Lovol Construction Machinery Group Co., Ltd or business departments authorized by
Lovol Construction Machinery Group Co., Ltd. If you have any questions, please call us for
