Operation
Always Operate at Seat
Never operate the machine outside the window. Do not
operate the machine unless you are in a designated position. Never
operate the machine when the operator is outside the cabin. Always
operate the machine at seat. Always concentrate on the work. The
operator should not leave the seat when he needs to watch
backward or sideward.
If the operator can not watch the conditions on his back, a
watcher or a yardman should guide his operation.
Replace damaged or lost safety labels and operation manuals.
The equipment can not be operated by those who have not
received training in safety and operation.
Before Start of Engine
Inspection before start of engine.
Make an overall inspection before the operator enters cabin. Inspect for oil leakage, loose parts,
improper adjustment, and damage of parts.
Be sure that all covers and safety protection are complete to avoid the occurrence of accident.
Inspect the working site for potential danger and other weakness that may cause loss of
property.
Never start the engine when the excavator is under repair or maintenance or a warning sign is
attached on the driver’s control lever.
Preheat and maintain the machine before you start the machine which is out of service for a
long time or at low temperature.
Before you start the machine, inspect the display of instrument panel and the sound. When
machine is working, pay attention to potential danger.
