Wear-in of new machine
LOVOL crawler-belt h ydraulic excavator has been adjusted and tested thoroughly before Ex-factory.
However, the full-load operation of th e excavator before the running-in period will seriously affect the
performance and reduce th e service life.
The excavator must be run in within the initial 100 hours of operation (according to the hour-table
instructions)
The contents of th is manual is sure to be u nderstood fully and the followings should be noted during
the running-in period.
15 minutes aft er the e ngine s tarts. Do not operate the joystick or fuel lever during this period.
Avoid heavy loads or operate at high speed.
After starting the engine, the sudden moving, acceleration, unnecessary stop and direction-change
should be avoided as far as possible.
It is not allowed to use the chipping hammer within the running-in period (100 hours) after the new
excavator is de livered to the end-user.
Other information needed to be explained
In order to guarantee the performance of the excavator, the power of the main pump can not be
adjusted by the end-user secre tly. The electric circuits and components can not be modifie d by the end-user
also. We shall not be liable for the damages caused by the se cret adjustment of the power of the main pump
and secret modification of the electric circuit a nd components.
The excavator is not allowed to operate in the environment harmful to human body.
