[Figure 6.4.1(A)] special module initialization program of remote I/O
[Figure 6.4.1(A)] describes the program that initializes the T/C, D/A module in the remote system.
Special module initialization should be completed in order to execute the READ/WRITE command.
For that, NDR output B contact point is used as Request input and initialization is repeated every
200ms until completion of initialization.
