Initializaion is not executed after completion of initialization due to NDR output B contact point.
Initialization can be executed when FMM of no.0 slot and remote 2 station is under normal operation
by using the _NET0_LIV[2] flag. _NET0_LIV[2] flag can be used as Request input at the F/B after
completion of initialization and make program efficient.
[Figure 6.4.1(B)] is a program example that initializes the special module again in case of power
recovery this program should be used with program of [Figure 6.4.1(A)]
[Figure 6.4.1(B)] Restart program when power recovers from power-cut
_NET0_RST[2] and _NET0_LIV[2] is used to monitor when other station recovers from power-cut and at this
time, each NDR output of F/B is reset and initialization program is executed again in [Figure 6.4.1(B)].
Since _NET_RST[2] flag keeps its value until ther user’s reset command, _NET_RST[2] flag should be reset
so that initialization is executed once and it is used for the next power recovery.
