DIAGNOSTICS AND MAINTENANCE
9.1
Diagnostic at switching on
During P1 switching on, the following internal checks are performed:
1. Test of checksum of EPROM memory
In case of error the led of pushbutton flashes and the gauge remains in this status.
Remedy:
Switch off and then on again. Should the problem persist, ask for Marposs technical support.
2. Test of RAM memory
In the event of an error, the
button LED flashes, and the unit remains in that state.
Remedy
Switch off and then on again. Should the problem persist, ask for Marposs technical support.
3. Test of checksum of E2PROM memory
In case of error the led of controls flash simultaneously and the gauge remains in this status.
Remedy:
move the selector 5 (Figure 1)) so to define a pre-set programming compatible with the position of
configuration internal jumpers.
[
Note:
This error will surely occur at the first switching on.
1.
Consistency test between programming in E2PROM and position of configuration internal
jumpers.
In the event of an error (discrepancy between the jumpers and the memorised parameter settings) all the
command LEDs flash in sequence and the unit remains in that state.
Remedy:
Move the selector ; so to define a pre-set programming compatible with the position of internal
jumpers
Or
switch the gauge off and contact Marposs service to restore the jumpers position.
