To make a Call Transfer - On Busy,
• Speech with a station or a trunk.
•Dial Flash.
• Dial the destination station number.
• You get Busy Tone.
•Dial 5 on Busy Tone.
• Replace the handset during Ring Back Tone.
• Call will be transferred to the busy station and it will get intrusion tone.
To make a Call Transfer - Trunk to Trunk,
• You are in a 3-way conversation with two trunks as described in Call Toggle. Refer “Call Toggle” for details.
•Dial Flash.
•Dial 6.
• Replace the handset.
• Trunks are connected while you are disconnected.
