6.5. Instruct the End User to activate their SunPower One

account

Please make sure that the home owner has received the SunPower One activation email, and

followed the activation steps to activate their account.

After account activation, the customer will receive an email that guides him to download and

install the ev.energy app, our mobility services partner app. Once downloaded, the customer

needs to click the ‘log in with SunPower’ button to log into ev.energy with their SunPower ac-

count details (credentials) and go through the ev.energy onboarding.

In case the End User already has an active SunPower One account, he will not receive the acti-

vation email; he will receive the email that guides him to the ev.energy app.

6.6. Installer access to Monitoring Platform

As an installer you can access the EV Charger monitoring portal through your SunPower One

cockpit by following the link https://partners.sunpower.maxeon.com/login and clicking on

SunPower Drive Dashboard.

TIP

The warranty registration of the SunPower Drive is completed when the

home owner has activated their customer account.
