8.3. Input Overvoltage is observed
Phenomenon: The charging station stops abnormally
Troubleshooting tips
Check the input voltage of the charging station. If the input voltage is outside of the normal
limits, please contact your electrician or utility provider to report the fault.
8.4. Not fully charged, report that the battery is full or the
connection is unsuccessful
Phenomenon: The indicator light is green but there is no current.
Troubleshooting tips
1. It is recommended that the customer try to recharge and check whether the fault persists.
2. If the fault still exists, it is recommended to try to charge the vehicle with another Charger,
for example a working public charging station.
3. If there is failure still exists, the vehicle may be faulty. It is recommended that the customer
report this to the vehicle manufacturer.
