Low Range
Install (1) new o-ring (P/N 300-9060) in the end of the Measuring
Cell that connects to the Window Holder. Install (1) new o-ring
(P/N 300 9060) in the Window Holder. Place the Window (P/N
300-0281) in the Window Holder. Secure the Window Mounting
Plate to the Window Holder with (3) M3 x 10 screws.
Hold the Measuring Cell vertically with the Reflector Block end
up. Connect the Reflector Block and Window Holder to the Mea-
suring Cell using (3) M4 x 35 screws.
b. Standard Range
Invert the Measuring Cell and install (1) new o-ring (P/N 100-2009)
and the Window (P/N 300-0281).
Low Range
Invert the Measuring Cell and install (1) new o-ring (P/N 300-9060)
and the Window/Mirror Combination (P/N 300-6288), oriented
with the Mirror side away from the Measuring Cell. Install (1) new
o-ring (P/N 300-9060). Orient the Aperture Plate with the Coun-
tersink Hole aligned with the Sample fitting. Secure the Aperture
Plate to the Measuring Cell with (3) M4 x 8 screws. Tighten the
screws evenly.
c. Standard Range
Align the two larger-diameter holes in the Window Cover with the
two larger-diameter holes in the Measuring Cell and connect it to
the Window Cover with the (3) M4 x 35 screws. Tighten the screws
evenly.
Low Range
Hold the Measuring Cell with the sample fitting near the Aperture
Plate upward and connect it to the Window Cover with the (3)
M4 x 35 screws. Tighten the screws evenly.
8. Reconnect the sample tubing to the Measuring Cell.
9. Power up the analyzer and computer.
10. Allow the analyzer to warm up then perform a leak check on the
sample system fittings that were disconnected. See “Sample System
Leak Check” in Chapter 3.
11. Perform an Auto-Setup.
12. After the Auto-Setup is complete, change the Flow Control setting to
“Zero” and perform a manual Zero. Click OK then Apply. Do not save
the changes to EEPROM.
