4.2 Plugging in the power cord
WARNING
Electric shock from electrical potential
Risk of injury by touching live components or through moisture on live
parts.
■ Never open the housing of the instrument while the power cord is
still connected.
■ Protect live parts (e.g. power supply unit, power cord, connection
sockets) against moisture.
■ Unplug the power plug immediately if you suspect that moisture has
gotten inside the instrument.
■ Only personnel who have been issued Metrohm qualifications may
perform service and repair work on electrical and electronic parts.
CAUTION
■ Use only the original power cord.
■ Ensure that the electrical standards of the line on which the device is
to be installed match the voltage and operating frequency of the
device.
Plugging in the power cord

Plug the supplied power cord into the 5 V power socket at the rear
of the device.

Connect the power cord to the energy supply.
