6.3 Cleaning
Prerequisite:
￭ The instrument is switched off and disconnected from the energy sup-
ply.
Required accessories:
￭ Cleaning cloth (soft, lint-free)
￭ Deionized water or ethanol or isopropanol

Clean the surface with a damp cloth. Remove coarse contamination
with ethanol.

Wipe the surface with a dry cloth.
3
Clean the connectors with a dry cloth.
