Set Serial port TCP Client parameters when IP
Protocol Mode is set to TCP Client.

Server Port>, <Outgoing timeout_s>
Remote Server IP : valid IP address
Remote Server Port : 1 to 65535
Outgoning timeout_s: 0 to 65535
