2.3.6 Brew Unit Drive, Drain Position
After the coffee is brewed, the drive moves back until the first cam of the
double-cam element activates the bottom microswitch and the top
microswitch is switched (Figure 001-16). The tension of the spring is
released, the drain valve is opened, and the residual water runs into the drip
tray before the coffee puck is dropped.
