At the end of the programme
The signal tones may sound at the end
of the programme.
The programme has finished when the
display shows the message Finished.
In some programmes, if the AutoOpen
function is activated, the door will
automatically open slightly (see
“Settings – AutoOpen”). This improves
the drying process.
If the Consumptionprogrammable
function is switched on, you can now
call up the actual energy and water
consumption of the programme that has
just finished (see “Caring for the
environment – EcoFeedback
consumption display”).
The drying fan may continue to run for
a few minutes at the end of the
programme.
If you are not satisfied with the
cleaning or drying results, you can
activate the “Extra clean” or “Extra
dry” functions to boost the
performance of the programmes (see
“Extra clean” or “Extra dry” under
“Extras”).
 Risk of damage due to steam.
Steam from the dishwasher could
damage delicate housing units and
the edges of worktops when you
open the door at the end of the
programme if the fan is no longer
running.
If you have deactivated the automatic
door opening function (see “Settings
– AutoOpen”), but would still like to
open the door at the end of the
programme, then make sure that you
open the door fully.
Energy management
To save energy, the dishwasher will
switch off automatically 10minutes
after the last time a sensor is pressed or
after the end of a programme.
You can switch the dishwasher back on
again with the sensor.
If the dishwasher has been switched off
for longer than 1minute, you will need to
touch the sensor for slightly longer
(wipe protection).
The dishwasher will not switch itself
off while a programme is running or if
there is a fault.
