Selecting Extras
You can use Extras to adjust the
programmes.
To do this, you can select or deselect
the Extras before starting the selected
programme.
 Touch the Extras sensor.
 Select the Extra you want and confirm
with OK.
Extras that cannot be combined with
the selected programme or Extra are
indicated by a lock symbol.
If necessary, a corresponding message
appears in the display.
 In this event, confirm the message
with OK.
 Press the Startsensor to start the
programme.
You can set whether the selected Extras
are to remain permanently activated for
the respective programme (see
“Settings – Save Extras”).
BottleClean
You can select the BottleCleanExtra to
increase the cleaning performance of
the programmes for tall, narrow hollow
containers, e.g. beer glasses, drinking
bottles. Load items that have been
placed in the glass and bottle holders in
the lower basket are cleaned particularly
thoroughly (see “Loading the
dishwasher – FlexCare Glass & Bottle”).
When this Extra is activated, the
programme running time is extended
and the cleaning temperature may
increase. This will increase the water
consumption and energy consumption.
IntenseZone
You can select the IntenseZoneExtra to
increase the cleaning performance of
the programmes in the lower basket.
When this Extra is activated, the
programme running time is extended
and the cleaning temperature increases.
This will increase the water
consumption and energy consumption.
Extraclean
You can select this Extra to increase the
cleaning performance of the
programmes.
When this Extra is activated, the
programme running time is extended
and the cleaning temperature increases.
This will increase the water
consumption and energy consumption.
Extradry
You can select this Extra to increase the
programme's drying performance.
When this Extra is activated, the
programme running time is extended
and the final rinse temperature
increases. This will increase energy
consumption.
