Problem Remedy

Icemaker motor faulty.
Switch appliance off and on. If fault code is
not displayed again, then this was a
temporary fault. Inform customer
accordingly. If fault code is displayed again,
replace icemaker because motor is not
replaceable.

Icemaker water fill valve faulty.
Check water fill valve. If valve is okay,
replace icemaker.

Ice tray heater faulty.
Switch appliance off and on. If fault code is
not displayed again, then this was a
temporary fault. Inform customer
accordingly. If fault code is displayed again,
replace icemaker because heater is not
replaceable.

Icemaker inlet water heater faulty.
Check resistance of inlet heater according
to wiring diagram. Should be 7kΩ. If
resistance is okay, replace icemaker.

Internal icemaker fault.
Switch appliance off and on. If fault code is
not displayed again, then this was a
temporary fault. Inform customer
accordingly. If fault code is displayed again,
replace icemaker.
