Internet Protocol (IP) TCP/IP is the standard protocol that defines the IP datagram as the

Invasive Blood
Pressure (IBP)
Method of obtaining blood pressure using an internal pressure
sensor
Monitoring Device The instrumentation connected to the patient. The monitoring
device acquires the patient data and then transmits it onto the
network.
Non-Invasive Blood Pressure
(NIBP)
Method of obtaining blood pressure using an external cuff

Panorama Patient Network Supports hardwired communication of the real-time patient data
collected by monitoring devices attached to the patient
