Teleworker Solution
The Teleworker Solution connects a remote office to the corporate voice network to provide
full access to voice mail, conferencing and all the other features of the office phone system.
It requires the following:
The Teleworker Solution can be completely configured at the head office using the 5212 IP,
5224 IP, 5235 IP, or Navigator phones. Using a two-click process, the phone is set to operate
in teleworker mode. The telephone keypad is used to enter the IP address of the Teleworker
Gateway installed at the head office. The phone can then be taken off-site and plugged into
any broadband Internet connection. When the phone is powered up, it automatically establishes
a connection with the Teleworker Gateway and is registered as a standard extension of the
office phone system. The phone can also be returned to normal (non-teleworker) mode with
the touch of a button.
