■When "Execute END Processing between Programs" is enabled
The device/label access service processing, such as access to devices, is performed between program executions and/or
during the END processing. Therefore, when monitoring is performed in the situation where a device value is processed
across programs, values of ongoing operation may be read out.

Also, when "Use File Register of Each Program" is enabled
and monitoring is performed for the file registers, unintended data may be obtained. ( GX Works3 Operating Manual)
