33.4 Safety Data Identify Check
This function checks if the project data created using the engineering tool and the data in the Safety CPU are the same, and
confirms that the program executed in SAFETY MODE is the one written by the user.
This function compares files in the engineering tool with files stored in the Safety CPU, and shows the comparison result.
