36.1 Overview
4. Checking the LEDs on the SIL2 Process CPU side
Check that the LEDs of each module are in the following states. The CARD READY LED status depends on whether an SD
memory card has been installed to each CPU module or not.
5. Clearing errors
When the ERROR LED of the SIL2 Process CPU of the control system is on, clear the error with the engineering tool. (
