Internal buffer free space
Free space size of the
internal buffer (K bytes)
The amount of free space of the internal buffer is stored in K
bytes. The smaller the value, the higher the generating ratio of
processing overflow.
For the trigger logging, it refers to the total capacity of internal
buffer until the data for the number of records is collected after a
trigger occurred.
This register is cleared to 0 by the stop command from CPU
Module Logging Configuration Tool.

The number of data logging processing overflow occurrences
When overflow occurs, data is lost.
When the count exceeds 65535, it returns to 0 and starts a new
cycle.
With "Stop" set for the operation at the time when the number of
save files exceeds the limit, a processing overflow may occur
until the stop operation is completed after the collection of data
corresponding to the specified number of storage files was
completed.
This register is cleared to 0 when the setting is registered or by
the stop command from CPU Module Logging Configuration
Tool.
