8.6 Transfer Setup
After starting the configuration tool, set a communication route for the CPU module and personal computer. Open the
"Transfer Setup" dialog box.

There are the following two connection methods:
• Direct connection with a USB or Ethernet cable
• Connection via a network
8.6.1 Connection with a USB or Ethernet cable
The following explains the screen operation.
(1) Operating procedure
1. Click the button in the "Transfer Setup" dialog box.
2. Select "USB" or "Ethernet" in the "PLC Direct Connection Setting" dialog box, and click the
button.
3. Click the button in the "Transfer Setup" dialog box.
