6. Connect the process pressure sense tube to the barbed fitting located on the SENTRY 1510 and
slide the plastic retainer over the fitting to secure in place.
Make sure the Nitrogen supply to the SENTRY 1510 is OFF when connecting
the process pressure sense line.
5.9.5 Connect Facilities Water to the Condenser
The condenser is fitted with 1/4” Swagelok tube fittings for water input and output. For efficient
operation of the condenser, the water inlet is on the bottom of the condenser. The water outlet is on
the top of the condenser.
1. Connect the facilities water inlet line to the 1/4” Swagelok fitting. A shut off valve up stream of the
water inlet should be provided for maintenance purposes.
2. Connect this fitting to the water drain line or a recirculation unit.
3. Maximum water pressure should not exceed 50 PSI. If the water supply is metered adjust to a
minimum of 1 LPM.
4. Once the condenser is installed, turn the cooling water on. The cooling water should fill the
chamber completely.
