The DTS 480x can send both e-mails and SNMP traps for alerting purposes.
Using SNMP, configuration and system status can be requested and the DTS 480x
operated.
The DTS 480x can be connected as a master clock to a MTC CAN module which can
monitor and synchronize up to 16 master clocks.
As part of the DTS system, it functions as a master clock or clock line.
