Switch functions for MOBALine (channel relay) and the RS485 clock line to switch the
illumination of the slave clocks.
1. Time zone selection (see chapter “6.5.28 Time zone selection“)
2. Selection of the program file changes to the menu “SELECTION OF FILE“
3. Switch function twilight changes to the menu “SWITCH FUNCTION TWILIGHT“
4. Control inputs changes to the menu “CONTROL INPUTS“
