5. Identify the bay on the front panel for the device being
installed.
6. Remove the blank plastic panel from the selected bay by
pressing the panel tabs from inside the front panel and
pushing the blank panel out (see the following figure).

7. Remove the metal cover from the selected chassis bay by
pulling it out of the chassis. Save the cover for later use if
you decide to remove and not replace the device.
8. Install the device (see “Installing a 5 1/4-Inch Device —
Minitower”).
