Log On to System Administrator’s mailbox.

I (4) Select Instruction Menus.

Enter the Call Routing Mailbox number (001 ~ 008).
L (5) Listen to the current Instruction Menu (if any).

R (7) Record a new Instruction Menu.

Record message.
Pause or restart recording.
[Resume]

D (3) Delete recording.
[Cncl]
# Exit recording mode.
[Done]
D (3) Delete the Instruction Menu.
