  Engine smoke in your Neuson construction equipment can be attributed to several factors. It may be due to the oil level being too high. It could also be that the machine inclination is too high (max. 25°). Other potential causes include a low engine starting temperature, fuel grade not complying with specifications, wrong valve tip clearance, a defective fuel injector, or a dirty air filter.

  If your Neuson construction equipment's engine won't start or is difficult to start, possible causes include the wrong SAE grade of engine lubrication oil or fuel grade that does not comply with specifications. It may also be due to a defective or flat battery, loose or oxidised cable connections in the starter circuit, a defective starter or pinion not engaging, wrong valve tip clearance or a defective fuel injector.
