ADJUSTING VALVE CLEARANCE
(Operation 10 106 12)
1. Disconnect the battery negative cable.
2. Attach lifting chains to the bonnet (1) and then at-
tach them to the hoist.
WARNING
Always use suitable tools to align holes in parts.
NEVER USE YOUR FINGERS OR HANDS.

3. Disconnect the electrical leads (1) from
headlamps (2).

4. Detach the gas struts (1) from the bonnet.

5. Remove the four bonnet hinge bolts (1) and lift
the bonnet clear.
