My Conclusions
Whew! The D300(S) may seem like a complicated little beast,
but that’s what you get when you fold professional-level
functionality into a relatively small DSLR body. Complex as
it is, I’m certainly delighted with it.
Next, we’ll consider how to use the camera’s Retouch Menu
to adjust images without using a computer. If you are in the
field shooting RAW files and you need a quick JPEG or
black-and-white version of a file, well, the Retouch Menu has
you covered.
You can even do things like Red-eye correction, Color
balance changes, filtration, cropping, and image resizing—all
without touching a computer. Let’s see how!
