Stand the Body (Item #1) in
an
upright position on a clean workbench. Use a clean
metal rod about
24" long and 1/2" or smaller in diameter to push the Pin (Item #2) and
the Seat (Item #3) out
of
the body (oil will drain from the cavity) (Figure 8-48).

ASSEMBLY:

Carefully wash all parts with mineral spirits. Wipe dry with lint-free towels.
9.
If
the bore in the Body (Item #1)
is
rough, smooth it with emery cloth.
