Trouble Shooting
When a problem with the printer occurs, the POWER and/or READY lights will keep blinking.
Printing and communication between the computer and printer will stop. To understand what the
problem is, first look at the lights on the front of the printer. To continue print jobs after any
abnormal conditions have been resolved, simply press the panel feed button or switch the printer
off for 10 seconds then switch it on again. Make sure that the light is not blinking and reprint your
label.
