Troubleshooting
Fault LED/Red Status LED
The diagnostic fault messages (red flashes) for the STATUS LED (DS3,
located on Refill PCA) are listed below. These flash codes are also
performed on the FAULT LED located on the membrane panel.

1 Overfill fault. Unit did not fill in the allowed
time.
Check adhesive level in bin. Check
hose lines for blockage. Increase overfill
timer value.
2 Blown Fuse. The fuse supplying 24V to the
outputs is blown.
Find and fix the source of the excessive
current draw and replace the fuse (2
Amp max.)
3 Shorted Cable. There is a problem with the
sensor cable.
If sensor was calibrated, replace sensor.
If sensor needed calibration, calibrate
sensor. If persists, replace sensor.
4 Communications failure. There is a problem
with the communications to the CPU board
(integrated unit only)
Check cable between the Refill board
and the CPU board. If this is a RetroFit
unit, check DIP switch settings on Refill
board.
5 RTD shorted. The temperature compensation
RTD is electrically shorted.
Replace sensor
6 Internal memory failure. Unit was not able to
store calibration settings.
Replace Refill board if fault persists
